Hi!!! My name is Ella, Erica’s daughter. I’m going to talk about how to keep healthy and fit as a kid.

Tips on How to Keep Healthy and Fit as a Kid

1. Eat fruits and veggies regularly. I would eat them at least once or twice a day.

2. When you exercise you should drink two or three bottles of water a day, maybe even four if you are older than 10 you should drink a bit more than that.

3.Don’t eat a lot of sugar. It can make you sick. A little bit is fine but don’t eat it all the time or a lot at one time.

4. You should get a lot of sleep. It you don’t your body doesn’t get enough rest and you will start feeling sick.

If you do these things you will be a healthy kid.
