Vegan apple crisp is a really easy and healthy dessert that I make nearly every week. My family usually eats the entire pan of it in a night and they always want more. It is made with a few simple ingredients and can be thrown together in about a half hour.

How to Make Vegan Apple Crisp
1. Spray your pan with oil (I use coconut oil).
2. Peel and cut your apples and set them in the pan sprinkling then with cinnamon.
3. In a bowl mix your almond flour, coconut (or brown) sugar, oatmeal and melted coconut oil. Pour this mixture over the apples, and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Allow to cool or eat it warm. This is a great dessert or can be made for breakfast or brunch too.

4-6 Apples (organic red

½ Cup coconut oil
¾ Cup coconut or brown sugar (your preference)
1 Cup organic oatmeal
